Webshop software

Our webshop is developed with software from Archimede Trading B.V. Personal data that you provide to us for our services are shared with this party. Archimede Trading B.V. has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.

Archimede Trading B.V. is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Archimede Trading BV uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data are collected and / or stored. Archimede Trading B.V. reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve services.

We use the services of Archimede Trading B.V. for our regular business e-mail traffic. This provider has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.

 

Payment processors

To process (part of) the payments in our store we use the platform of Worldpay. Worldpay processes your name, address and place of residence data and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Worldpay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Worldpay reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Worldpay shares personal data and information relating to your financial position with credit rating agencies.

We collect reviews through the platform of Kiyoh. If you leave a review through Kiyoh you are required to provide your name, email address. Kiyoh shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and residence on its own website. Shipping and Logistics

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to perform the deliveries. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with DHL. DHL will only use this data for the execution of the contract. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties.

 

Invoicing and Accounting

For our administration and bookkeeping we use the services of Archimede Trading B.V. We share your name, address, place of residence and details regarding your order.
