How do I submit a complaint?

We are committed to satisfying a customer and are happy to resolve any complaint for you. For that reason we ask you to first make your complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] or by phone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

For consumers in the EU it is also possible to report complaints via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
